An owner can have anyone they want out there.
However, you must be with an owner or own a key otherwise you can be prosecuted for trespassing.
The terrain consists of sandy soil, palmettos, pine and scrub oaks.
Recreational uses , you pick the lot you want.
I will email you a contract, all I need are names and an address for ownership.
Total cost is list above.
As soon as I get payment I will priority mail the Deed to the County to get put in your name(s).
Then you can get a key from SEPA CLUB INC, The Key Committee in St. Cloud FL, except if I have key already.
Keep the land as an investment or use it to have fun with now, sell it when you are done having fun.
