Keys are issued to PROPERTY OWNERS ONLY.
One key per Owner per DEED/PARCEL NUMBER.
Key cost is $30 which is for mailing, sales tax,
gate and lock maintenance.
You get the key from Suburban Estates SEPA CLUB
INC (or me if I got a key for that lot)
An owner can have anyone they want out there.
However, you must be with an owner or own a key
otherwise you can be prosecuted for trespassing.
1 person or 1 person & spouse can be on this deed which allows you
